Where countryside charm meets bold barbecue tradition. Our kitchen is powered by fire and smoke—bringing you rich, slow-cooked dishes packed with flavour and character.
Cooked low & slow
Inspired by the great smokehouses of Texas and rooted in the rolling hills of Dorset, our menu features big, bold flavours. Dishes crafted by our team, with many utilising the on-site J&R Oyler Smoker – the first of its kind in the UK and only the second in Europe.
Perhaps the 6 hour smoked Pork Belly, the Mixed Grill, Black and Blue Burger, or the Sweet and Spicy Jackfruit Bun for our plant-based fans. Every dish is a celebration of time, fire, and locally sourced produce.
Menus that hit the spot
Our menus bring together comforting favourites and show-stopping specials—from smoked classics to indulgent sides and seasonal desserts. Whether you’re craving a feast or just fancy a light bite with a view, there’s something for every appetite. Keep an eye on our blackboard for weekend specials, and look out for limited-edition dishes during our calendar events.
To drink? Choose from a curated selection of wines, seasonal cocktails, and standout local brews.

Beer as it should be
There’s no need to look far for a proper pint. We proudly serve a rotating selection of draught beers, ales, and ciders from our favourite Dorset and Wiltshire breweries — including Sixpenny, Purbeck Cider, Eight Arch, and Rude Giant.
And for something truly unique, try Altitude — a locally supplied lager, with a bespoke label designed in-house to celebrate our aviation roots.
